Developed for Estée Lauder Companies, Beauty in Pride is a global campaign celebrating LGBTQIA+ inclusion and 20+ years of ID&E progress. I created a cohesive visual system that honored intersectionality, uplifted employee voices, and amplified belonging across internal and external platforms.
The visual identity is anchored by a sleek, elevated design language that blends bold gradients inspired by the Progress Pride flag with ELC’s refined aesthetic. The circular motif symbolizes unity and continuity, while the dark background amplifies vibrancy and contrast—mirroring the power of visibility in often-muted spaces. The messaging honors intersectionality and lived experiences, placing authenticity at the center.
For the campaign execution, I developed a hero creative designed for a global rollout across LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal platforms, establishing a consistent and impactful visual presence. I also created a suite of digital and print assets—including Zoom backgrounds, event templates, newsletters, and internal articles—to maintain cohesive branding and ensure accessibility across touch-points. In addition, I contributed to the narrative strategy by designing creative assets that supported authentic storytelling, highlighting LGBTQIA+ employee voices and community-led activations.
